Removing Rust From Clothes
What you need:
- Lemon juice - Real or bottled
How to:
- Apply lemon juice to the rust and lay in the sun - Safe for whites and colorfast fabrics - If in doubt, test in an inconspicuous area
- Launder as usual
- OR
- Apply Cream of Tartar to the rust spot, gather the edges of the material and dip the spot into hot water.
- Let it sit 5 minutes and then launder as usual
