Stickers On Wood
What you need:
- Oil - Vegetable, olive or baby oil
- Dull Straight Edge (dish scraper, plastic putty knife, old credit card)
- Paper Towels
- Soft cloth
How to:
- This works on price tags, identifying labels, or decals on wood. Any label stuck to wood furniture
- Using a dull straight edge, lift as much of the label as possible
- Cover the rest of the sticker with your choice of oil
- Let sit at least 15 minutes
- Using the dull straight edge remove what you can
- If needed, apply more oil, let it sit 15 minutes and then using the dull straight edge and/or rag, rub off the balance
- Polish over the area with a soft cloth
