How to:
- Never rub or brush away pollen with your hand or a cloth. This will push it deeper into the fibers
- Take the garment outside and shake off all the pollen you can
- Using a piece of sticky tape pick up any remaining pollen grains.
- As soon as possible, fill a deep sink or plastic tub wih a solution of cold water and oxygen-based bleach, such as OxiClean
- Follow the package directions for mixing one gallon of solution
- Submerge the garment in the solution and let soak 4 hours or overnight
- If the stain remains, repeat with a fresh oxygen bleach solution
- Once you see no traces of the pollen stain launder as usual
- Allow to air dry to be sure the stain is gone
Warnings & Cautions:
Do Not use on silk, wool or any garment with leather trim
