BLENDS
What you need:
- Blends, such as cotton/polyester, are made from combined fibers.
- To launder these fabris, follow the guidelines for the most delicate or the most prominent fiber
- The most common blends are cotton/polyester, cotton/linen and silk/polyester.
How to:
- Follow care label or library tip for the most prominent fabric in the garment
Notes:
Read the care label and fabric content label.
Determine either washing instructions provided on the tag or the fiber content.
Check for washing instructions for the most prominent fiber and follow those.
Warnings & Cautions:
Blends do not do well with chlorine bleach. It can discolor them. Use a hydrogen peroxide based bleach.
Look up "BLEACH" for a DIY bleach solution and other suggestions.
